AP: Oklahomans Vote Down SQ814 To Shift Tobacco Settlement Funding

The Associated Press projects with 93% of the votes in that a majority of Oklahomans have voted down State Question 814 which was a proposal to redirect incoming money from the state’s tobacco settlement in an effort to pay around $250 million dollars for Medicaid expansion.
