Healthy Hearts May Require Six Hours of Sleep

Sleeping for at least six hours a night plays a big role in keeping your heart healthy.  That's according to new research out of the National Center for Cardiovascular Research in Madrid.  The study found that adults who slept less than six hours had a 27% higher chance of developing a cardiovascular condition.  Sleeping more than eight hours a night also showed a correlation to heart problems.
